Free standard shipping on orders above 2000 pkr.

Order Tracking:

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

You can track your order anytime until delivery.

International Shipping

We do not offer worldwide shipping.

Because each jewelry piece is handmade and unique, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive such an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos as proof.
Product return is your responsibility. We will return you your required product as soon as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted if the item is damaged or defective.

For other cases (like size or color preferences), exchanges are possible only if the item is unused and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or refunded, unless damaged or defective.

Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the error was ours (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).
